Deploy button is disabled with no indication that Purpose is required
Type: Usability Where: Deploy Project dialog Steps: 1. Open a project with an undeployed flow and click Deploy. 2. Leave Purpose empty with the flow selected ("1 of 1 selected"). 3. Observe the Deploy button, then type any text into Purpose and clear it again. Expected: Purpose is marked required, or the disabled button explains why. Actual: The button is greyed out with no message, no asterisk, and no error on the field. Purpose alone enables it, and clearing it disables it again. Description does not affect it. Priority: Low to Medium
Studio - Reports - Filter - flow dropdown order is random
For projects with many flows, it is difficult to find the flow(s) you’re trying to filter on.
Add Semantic Chunking Support (LangChain SemanticChunker)
Add Semantic Chunking as a chunking option in Lamatic. It's available in LangChain's experimental module via SemanticChunker and splits text based on meaning rather than fixed character/token counts — making it much better for RAG use cases where chunk quality directly impacts retrieval accuracy. Worth testing as an optional chunking strategy alongside the existing splitters.

Configuration Refinement
Customer expressed that during setup and deployment some configurations felt unclear. The provider field says “Model Name” but requires an ARN for AWS, which caused confusion. When deploying flows, it’s not clear what exactly was deployed or where (no visibility into flows, jobs or edge regions). Jobs page linking back to corresponding flows. Newly created flows are automatically active, while the user expected them to be inactive by default. User noticed that code nodes currently support only JS/TS and asked about language flexibility.
Pro → Free Downgrade Visibility
Ensure users on Pro access can clearly see and use the downgrade option without manual intervention. Issue reported by the user: User on Pro access couldn’t find any button to downgrade to Free, even after following the Billing instructions. A manual downgrade had to be done by support.
Canvas Navigation & Visualization Improvements
Implement a minimap on the canvas to provide an overview and enable rapid navigation across complex flows. Allow users to move around the canvas without clicking, such as by supporting trackpad gestures (e.g., two-finger scroll), to make panning more intuitive. Add a search function within flow diagrams to help users quickly find specific nodes, prompts, or components. Create a set of flow builder settings that permit toggling various features on or off, giving users more control over their workspace.
Add Labels to the Alpha Value for Hybrid Search
Currently its hard to understand that what does 0 or 1 Means. I suggest using a similar input field as Model Config and showing a label on the left ( Vector ) & ON the right ( Keyword ) and centre ( Balanced ) Do the same for other fields to make it easy to understandl.
Support Custom Fields for auto loading fields
The loading options are sometime limited. eg. postgres connector doesnt loads materialized views. Hence we should have an option at the end that allows a custom text string added to the drop down selection field.
Ability for user to request a transcript of the chat with the chatbot widget
It would be nice if users could request a transcript of the chatlog with the support agent, since they might be receiving complex and multi-step instructions when interacting with the agent, and sharing that with their teammates.
Add all project button in organization drop down
Not having an All Projects button makes it difficult to navigate and see all project inside an organization

Make deployment more intuitive and fun
Users are drawn to the Rocketship deploy button. They often click it and fail to deploy anything because they forget they must first activate their flow(s). Recommend modifying the current Deploy Project dialog box as follows: Remove Description (rarely does someone put anything useful here) Modify “Following changes will be deployed on edge”: Don’t include flows that were created and deleted (in other words, don’t show deleted workflows in the list as it’s confusing). Listed with most recently updated shown first. Provide a toggle to deactivate any flow in this list (so that it will be removed from the edge). Add “Following changes will not be deployed” List flows that have changes, but are not active. Listed with most recently updated shown first. Better way to show error encountered on Widget
We should provide more helpful error messages when an embedded widget generates an error response (we currently serve a generic error message). More helpful error messages are: 403 - Unauthorized. Check Configuration. 404 - Widget not found. 5XX - Something went wrong.
Redirect users back to the saved credentials after successfully creating one
right now user stays on the integration page for ( Data, Models, Apps and COntext ) after creating a new credentials. We should automatically redirect them to the saved credentials page for clarity.
