Where: Deploy Project dialog
Steps: 1. Open a project with an undeployed flow and click Deploy.
2. Leave Purpose empty with the flow selected ("1 of 1 selected").
3. Observe the Deploy button, then type any text into Purpose and clear it again.
Expected: Purpose is marked required, or the disabled button explains why.
Actual: The button is greyed out with no message, no asterisk, and no error on the field. Purpose alone enables it, and clearing it disables it again. Description does not affect it.
