Vectorize node can be confusing (if your API key doesn't incl an embedding model)

User added Mistral LLM, but when he got to the Vectorize node and chose Mistral, the embedding model drop down disappeared. We couldn’t figure out why. Turns out we weren’t supporting Mistral’s embedder. Maybe we solve by ensuring that all supported LLMs incl an embedder, but if not, the UI is confusing (38:18).
