Improve the Active/Deactivate Flow Stats issue.

When you click on the “Enable (Active)” flow radio button, click on the “Close” button, or click anywhere outside the dialogue, the flows are shown as active.

Ideally, they should only be active when the user redeploys the flow through the “Enable (Active)” radio button.
