I was testing the support agent a bit to make sure it's answering my updated KB questions correctly, and on one of them we noticed this little bubble - clicking it goes to a 404 error page. Is this a setting we can disable?
Confirmed with Alex that this was not a Lamatic issue.

TY for the additional info. Based on your feedback, I'm not confident that this was a Lamatic issue. That bubble is a hyperlink to where the provided answer is found. If you get a 404 error in the future, copy the URL, open a new browser and determine if the URL is incorrect (which might indicate an outdated link in your vector db) or you're having general internet issues.
