XML to JSON Converter Node

This is a usability-related feature suggestion. While building a flow, I tried using public medical APIs like MedlinePlus (https://connect.medlineplus.gov/service) which return responses in XML format.

Currently, Lamatic does not have a built-in way to convert XML responses into JSON, which makes it difficult to process such APIs further in the workflow.

Adding an XML to JSON node would significantly improve usability and enable support for a wider range of public APIs.
