Webhook for syncing S3 with Vector DB

I need either a webhook to update my vector DB when files are uploaded to S3 and a separate webhook to delete data from my vector DB when files are deleted from S3 or a sync webhook to automatically sync the files that are in S3 with my vector DB. Either method works, but I need something like this ASAP.
