Full Refresh option in Force Sync

Users currently struggle and have to perform multiple steps when indexing a new schema in the vectorDB.

Current Steps -

1. Update the metadata schema

2. Change the mode the full refresh

3. deploy the flow

4. Schedule Runs

5. Data indexed

Proposed Steps -

1. Option in Jobs > Force Sync > Full Refresh

2. Automatically updates flows, Deploys it, Trigger a Job

3. Return back the flow to Incremental
