Auto-response pagination node

It would be GAME CHANGER to have a node that automatically handles paginated API responses. You can set parameters like max requests or max rows or something, but you wouldn’t have to actually write the while loop. This is a tough feature because each API has its own way of handling pagination, but it’s a huge value-add (I’ve seen some other workflow-based apps do this – I think Paragon added a pagination node feature)
