Add Support for connecting custom MCP Server in the Tools section of each AI node and integration Section

Desired Flow

1. Adding Directly

   1. Go to Integration

   2. Choose Add Integration

   3. Choose MCP

   4. Add MCP Server Credentials

2. Via AI Node

   1. Choose Any AI Node

   2. Go to tools > Add Tools

   3. Choose MCP

   4. Select MCP Server / Setup New

3. Via Node

   1. Create a new MCP Action Node

   2. Choose MCP Node

   3. Choose Credentials

   4. Define Action to perform
