Add key info to Models page

TRAQ wants to know:

• WHO entered each credential (i.e., was it someone from Lamatic or Traq?)

• WHERE it is being used (i.e., the Flows/Nodes where the model is called from)

• HOW MUCH it’s used (maybe a link to a report that shows usage and/or cost)
