Invalid Credentials: throw an error

If the person that configured a credential leaves (so their credential no longer has access), any flows that use that credential will appear to run successfully (i.e., no errors), but won’t actually do anything.

We should generate an error if the credential being used don't get you to the Google Drive Folder configured in the trigger (or the table/view in the case of Postgres). Without this, it is very hard even to realize that flows aren’t working as expected, let alone troubleshooting the issue.

A related “nice-to-have” … under Integrations, it would be helpful to show the credential being used to authenticate (and maybe even to show the status of Integration credentials along with whether the related flows are active or inactive).
