Hyperlink always exists in search widget, regardless of 'Link' added in widget

Summary : The search widget shows a hyperlink highlight and icon always, regardless of whether source is passed or not in the response, issue persisting both in studio and deployed widget.

Steps to Reproduce : Create any search widget and leave the Link blank in the Search Response node and then test.

Expected Result : No highlight over the title or hyperlink icon besides it

Actual Result : A highlight over the title and hyperlink icon suggesting it has a source, only to be a blank link or a # after the current link.
