After Creating Flow, Screen Doesn't Show New Flow

Problem: After creating a new workflow, the flows list doesn't refresh automatically, requiring users to manually refresh the page to see their new workflow.

Use Case: Users create new workflows and expect to see them immediately in their flows list for continued editing and organization.

Proposed Solution: Implement proper cache invalidation and automatic refresh of the flows list when new workflows are created. 31:18-31:32
